摘要
目的试验将观察与评价星状神经节阻滞联合甲氧氯普胺穴位注射治疗月经性偏头痛临床效果。方法选取2021年2月至2021年8月在我院治疗的80例月经性偏头痛患者作为本次研究对象,以随机方式分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者口服药物治疗,观察组患者采取星状神经节阻滞联合穴位注射治疗,比较两组患者在治疗前后的疼痛程度与治疗效果。结果对两组患者在治疗前后疼痛程度做了对比,观察组的疼痛程度在治疗后的3个月与治疗后6个月,均低于同时间段对照组,P<0.05;观察组的治疗总有效率为(97.50%),显著高于对照组的总有效率(77.50%),P<0.05。结论星状神经节阻滞联合穴位注射治疗月经性偏头痛临床效果显著,是促使患者疼痛症状尽快消失的有效措施,值得临床推广应用。
Objective The experiment will observe and evaluate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with metoclopramide acupoint injection on menstrual migraine.Methods Eignty patients with menstrual migraine treated in our hospital from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral medication,while patients in the observation group were treated with stellate ganglion block combined with acupoint injection,so as to compare the pain degree and treatment effect between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The pain degree of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the same time 3 months and 6 months after treatment,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was(97.50%),significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with acupoint injection is effective in treating menstrual migraine,and it is an effective measure to promote the pain symptoms of patients to disappear as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical application.
