关于999感冒灵颗粒抗呼吸道合胞病毒的研究

摘要 目的:探究999感冒灵颗粒抗呼吸道合胞病毒的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2018年12月收治呼吸道合胞病毒感染患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组使用常规抗病毒治疗,观察组采取999感冒灵颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等血清炎性因子水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血辅助性T细胞(CD4^(+))、全血辅助性T细胞/细胞毒性T细胞(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平均低于对照组,CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸道合胞病毒患者结合应用999感冒灵治疗的效果较好,可有效改善患者体内血清炎性因子,在较短时间内取得较好疗效,患者的免疫功能同时得到提升。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 999 Ganmaoling granules against respiratory syncytial virus.Methods:66 patients with respiratory syncytial virus infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group received conventional antiviral therapy.The observation group was treated with 999 Ganmaoling granules.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors such as IL-6,IL-10 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were lower than the control group,while CD8+levels were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of 999 Ganmaolin in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus patients has a better effect,can effectively improve the patient's serum inflammatory factors,in a short period of time to achieve a better effect,the patient's immune function has also been improved.
