摘要
试验探讨饲粮能量水平对麒麟鸡生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和肝脏健康的影响。选择200只1日龄的麒麟母鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。每组饲粮能量水平分别为10.0、10.8、11.6、12.4、13.2 MJ/kg,饲粮粗蛋白质含量均约为19.0%,其他营养成分不变。试验期12 w。结果显示,能量水平为11.60 MJ/kg时,麒麟鸡的增重和平均日增重(ADG)显著高于10.00、10.80、13.20 MJ/kg组(P<0.05);平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。11.60 MJ/kg组麒麟鸡粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙和磷的营养物质表观消化率显著高于其他水平组(P<0.05)。12.40、13.20 MJ/kg组麒麟鸡肝脏总胆固醇(TC)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,1~12周龄麒麟母鸡饲粮适宜能量水平为11.60~12.40 MJ/kg。
The experiment was to explore the effect of dietary energy levels on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and liver health of frizzle hens.Two hundred one-day-old frizzle hens were randomly divided into five groups,with four replicates in each group and ten hens in each replicate.With dietary energy levels of 10.0,10.8,11.6,12.4,13.2 MJ/kg in each group,respectively,dietary crude protein was about 19%,and other nutrients remain the same.The trial period was 12 w.The results showed that the weight gain and average daily gain(ADG)of Kirin hens at energy level of 11.60 MJ/kg were significantly higher than those in 10.00,10.80 and 13.20 MJ/kg groups(P<0.05).Average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed/gain(F/G)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Nutrient metabolic rates of11.60 MJ/kg EE,ash,Ca and P were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The liver total cholesterol(TC)content in 12.40 MJ/kg and 13.20 MJ/kg groups was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the optimal energy level of the diet for Kirin hens aged 1~12 weeks is 11.60~12.40 MJ/kg.
