摘要
国医大师郭诚杰教授临证近70载,在汲取先辈临床经验的基础上,不断探索,勇于实践和创新,不仅在针灸临床常见疾病方面积累了丰富的治疗经验,更为重要的是在诊治乳腺病方面具有独特的见解和认识,其主要学术思想为"乳腺疾病多肝郁""肝郁是乳块形成的最先要素和关键所在",诊断上西医辨病与中医辨证结合,治疗上始终应以"疏肝为要"施针、遣方加减用药,并配合心理疏导,疗效显著。
TCM master GUO Cheng-jie professor has been practicing for nearly 70 years.He has learned from the clinical experience of his predecessors and continues to explore,practice and innovate.He has accumulated extensive experience not only in the treatment of common diseases with acupuncture,but more importantly,he has unique insight and understanding in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.Professor GUO’s main academic ideas are‘breast diseases are mostly caused by liver depression’,‘liver depression is the first element and key cause of breast lump formation’.In terms of diagnosis,it is important to combine Western medicine diagnosis of diseases and Chinese medicine discriminate.Clinical treatment should always be based on‘dredging the liver as the key’by administering acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicines,and coupled with psychological guidance,in order to achieve significant results.
