摘要
针对电力监控系统的异常传输数据量越来越大,加大了异常传输数据在处理和分析上的难度,为了提高电力监控系统异常传输数据的定位性能,降低数据的分析处理难度,提出了电力监控系统异常传输数据自动定位研究。通过计算待检测日负荷曲线与日负荷特征曲线之间的距离,判断了电力监控系统中传输数据的负荷变化率范围,根据日负荷曲线在横向相似性和纵向相似性的特征,对电力监控系统异常传输数据进行了修正,检测并处理了电力监控系统异常传输数据,考虑到异常传输数据具有的时序性特征,对电力监控系统异常传输数据进行清洗,通过定义异常传输数据点之间的可达距离,获取电力监控系统中的异常点,设计了电力监控系统异常传输数据辨识算法,结合电力监控系统异常传输数据自动定位流程,实现了电力监控系统异常传输数据的自动定位。实验结果表明,提出的电力监控系统异常传输数据自动定位方法不仅可以提高电力监控系统的成本缩减率,还可以提高异常传输数据定位召回率,从而提高了电力监控系统异常传输数据的定位性能。
In view of the increasing amount of abnormal transmission data in power monitoring system,it is more difficult to process and analyze abnormal transmission data.In order to improve the positioning performance of abnormal transmission data in power monitoring system and reduce the difficulty of data analysis and processing,the research on automatic positioning of abnormal transmission data in power monitoring system is proposed.By calculating the distance between the daily load curve to be detected and the daily load characteristic curve,the load change rate range of transmission data in power monitoring system is judged.According to the horizontal and vertical similarity characteristics of daily load curve,abnormal transmission data of power monitoring system is corrected,detected and processed,and cleaned considering the time series characteristics of abnormal transmission data.By defining the reachable distance between abnormal transmission data points,the abnormal points in power monitoring system are obtained,and the identification algorithm of abnormal transmission data in power monitoring system is designed.Combined with the automatic positioning process of abnormal transmission data in power monitoring system,the automatic positioning of abnormal transmission data in power monitoring system is realized.Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only improve the cost reduction rate of power monitoring system,but also improve the recall rate of abnormal transmission data positioning,thus improving the positioning performance of abnormal transmission data of power monitoring system.
