正交试验设计(DOE)对熔融混炼工艺参数的优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 在制品结构、原料配方、螺杆结构已经确定的情况下,以PE粉和石蜡油为原料,利用同向啮合双螺杆挤出机进行混炼挤出流延,制备熔体铸片。为了获得匀度高、质量高的熔体铸片,采用正交试验设计(DOE)和最小二乘法分析优化PE粉和石蜡油混炼挤出工艺,深入研究了影响混炼挤出工艺的主要因素,如温度、螺杆转速等,并获得了较好的工艺参数组合。用优化后的工艺参数进行了试验验证,获得了质量较好的、满意的熔融铸片。结果表明,这种通过正交试验设计(DOE)和最小二乘法对熔融混炼工艺参数优化的方法是可行的。 When the product structure,raw material formula and screw structure have been determined,using PE powder and paraffin oil as raw materials,a co-rotating twin-screw extruder is used for mixing,extrusion and casting to prepare a melt cast sheet.In order to obtain high-uniformity and high-quality melt castings,orthogonal experimental design(DOE)and least squares method were used to analyze and optimize PE powder and paraffin oil mixing extrusion casting process.The main factors affecting the mixing,extrusion,casting process:temperature,screw speed,etc.were studied,and a better combination of process parameters was obtained.Then,the optimized process parameters were used for experimental verification,and a good quality and satisfactory molten cast piece was obtained.The results show that this method of optimization of melt mixing process parameters through orthogonal design of experiment(DOE)and least square method is feasible.
