摘要
目的探讨压疮管理小组在骨科手术患者压疮预防中的作用。方法选择择期行骨科手术的120例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组由手术室压疮管理小组进行压疮防治。比较两组患者的压疮护理记录内容完善程度;比较两组患者术后第1、3、5天的压疮发生情况及满意率。结果观察组的压疮护理记录内容完善程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第1、3、5天,观察组的压疮发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意率为96.6%(56/58),高于对照组的72.4%(42/58),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压疮管理小组应用于骨科手术患者护理管理中,通过应用压疮评分量表评估压疮风险,依据评估结果给予术中对症护理,可显著降低术后压疮的发生率,同时能够优化护理管理质量,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the role of pressure ulcer management team in the prevention of pressure ulcer in patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing elective orthopaedic surgery were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was prevented and treated by operating room pressure ulcer management team.The improvement of pressure ulcer nursing records between the two groups was compared;the incidences of pressure ulcer on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after operation and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of pressure ulcer nursing records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of pressure ulcer on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was 96.6%(56/58),which was higher than 72.4%(42/58)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pressure ulcer management team applied to the nursing management of patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery,evaluates the risk of pressure ulcer by using the pressure ulcer score scale and gives symptomatic nursing during operation according to the evaluation results,it can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer,optimize the quality of nursing management and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
