摘要
本文分别建立了X射线荧光光谱法与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定某矿区尾矿中铜、锌、锡三种元素。对比两种方法的精密度,准确度,检出限、检测耗时。检测结果表明,两种方法的相对误差均小于5%,相对标准偏差均小于3%,准确度和精密度均较好。X射线荧光光谱法的检出限更低。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法可以实现批量处理样品、检测样品,耗时短,效率高,具有优势。
This paper introduces two methods about X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry for the simultaneous determination of copper,zinc and tin in tailings of a mining area.The precision,accuracy,detection limit and detection time of the two methods were compared.The results show that the relative errors of the two methods are less than 5%and the relative standard deviation are less than 3%.The accuracy and precision are good.The detection limit of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is low.Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry can process and detect samples in batches,which is time-consuming and efficient.Therefore,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry has more detection advantages.
