摘要
液压支架的合理选型及适应性是工作面安全支护及高产高效的基础。通过分析大竹园铝土矿矿体赋存条件,确定了液压支架的支护高度及支架型式。采用"传递岩梁"理论结合地质钻孔工程数据计算确定了液压支架的支护强度。围绕铝土矿资源开采特点进行液压支架结构适应性研究,为综采工艺在铝土矿中的推广应用提供了参考。
The reasonable selection and adaptability of hydraulic supports are the basis for safe support and high productivity and efficiency of work face.By analyzing the occurrence conditions of the Dazhuyuan bauxite ore body,the height and type of the hydraulic support are determined.The support density of hydraulic support is determined by the theory of "transmitting rock beam" combined with geological drilling engineering data.Research on the adaptability of hydraulic support structure around the characteristics of bauxite resource mining provides a reference for the popularization and application of fully mechanized mining technology in bauxite mines.
