摘要
第三次人工智能浪潮席卷教育领域,催生了文化胜任力发展的新兴教育目标取向。文化哲学的方法论视角观照下,教育目标取向在历时形态上从人主他客工具情境的主体胜任力取向、我你共在交往情境的文化间胜任力取向、人物互联关系情境的跨文化胜任力取向演化而来,呈现出由工具理性经交往理性向关系理性发展的认识论特征。人工智能时代愈加显现出跨文化胜任力教育目标取向的多元文化局限、人机境多元教学交互的技术功用论和技术中心论、技术理性与数据疏漏的教育风险和生命失语等诸多教育教学困境,呼唤着教育目标以超越性的本体变革、关系性的认识创新、生命化的价值实践等为特征的时代新追求。文化胜任力发展教育目标取向,指向共在、和融、共通的整体生成性教育,具有共在之共生共建、为他之差异和融、为所有生命之共享共通等内在属性,是人工智能时代多元文化的超越性发展、教育目标的关系性凸显、教学价值的生命化主张,对于理解当代教育目标的本体存在、革新教育目标的认识方式、敞亮教育目标的价值追求等方面具有重要现实意义。
The development of cultural competence,the emerging educational goal orientation,has been on stage in the third artificial intelligence wave.From the methodological perspective of cultural philosophy,educational goal orientation evolves from the orientation of subjective competence during human subject and other object tool context,the orientation of inter-cultural competence during I and You contact context,to the orientation of cross-cultural competence during human-object interaction context in the diachronic form,showing the epistemological characteristics of the development from instrumental rationality,through communicative rationality,to relational rationality.The era of artificial intelligence has given birth to many educational dilemmas,such as the multicultural limitations of the educational goal orientation of cross-cultural competence,the functional technology assertion and technology centric assertion in the interaction among human-machine-environment,the educational risks and life aphasia with technical rationality and data omission,etc.,calling for the new educational goal pursuit of the times,characterized by the transcendental ontological change,the relational epistemological innovation,and the agential axiological practice.The educational goal orientation of cultural competence development,refers to the whole generative education of co-being,harmony and plowshare,which has the inherent attributes of co-existence and construction,harmony interaction with differences for others,and plowshare for all life.It is the transcendental development of multi-culture,the relational prominence of educational goal,the lifeoriented proposition of teaching value in the era of artificial intelligence.It is of great practical significance to its understanding of the ontological existence,its innovation of epistemological way,and its illumination of axiological pursuit.
