摘要
为解决1301工作面回采巷道围岩变形量大的问题,通过分析切顶卸压围岩控制原理,结合回风顺槽1和胶带顺槽的特征,确定在巷道采用顶板定向预裂切顶技术,设计切顶钻孔参数,采用D型聚能管进行不耦合装药。切顶方案实施后的巷道围岩变形量的监测分析结果表明:回风顺槽1和胶带顺槽切顶卸压方案实施后,围岩变形量大幅降低,有效保障了巷道围岩的稳定。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway in the 1301 working face,by analyzing the control principle of surrounding rock of roof cutting and pressure relief,combining with the characteristics of return air trough 1 and belt trough,the roof directional pre-splitting roof cutting technology is adopted in the roadway,the drilling parameters of top cutting are designed,and D-shaped energy tube is used for uncoupled charge.The monitoring and analysis results of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway after the implementation of the roof cutting scheme show that after the implementation of the return air trench 1 and belt roof cutting and pressure relief scheme,the surrounding rock deformation is greatly reduced,which effectively ensures the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
