摘要
采用文献研究法、定性分析法、专家访谈法,以甘肃越野赛突发事件为背景,对我国山地马拉松体育赛事风险的现实困境进行探讨,梳理制约体育赛事风险应急管理的相关问题提出有效的风险防范和应对策略.研究表明:为维护赛事利益相关者的权益和保障山地马拉松体育赛事的顺利进行,应通过增强体育赛事风险防范意识、构建体育赛事突发应急体系、完善体育赛事承办准入机制、深入落实体育赛事风险评估等策略提高我国山地马拉松体育赛事风险防范与应急管理水平.
The practical dilemma of mountain marathon sports event risks in China are studied by using literature research method,qualitative analysis method,and expert interview method under the background of Gansu cross-country race emergencies to sort out the relevant problems restricting the risk emergency management of sports events and proposed effective risk prevention and response strategies.The result shows that the rights and interests of stakeholders can be safeguarded and ensured with the smooth progress of mountain marathon sports by enhancing the awareness of risk prevention,building sports emergency system,improving the access mechanism,and further implementing the sports event risk assessment strategy to improve the level of mountain marathon sports risk prevention and emergency management.
