启停调峰及深度调峰对燃煤机组安全性影响分析 被引量:15

摘要 对参与启停调峰及深度调峰的14台不同容量和类型的燃煤机组设备及运行情况进行调研,分析总结启停调峰及深度调峰对机组锅炉、汽机、环保及电气设备安全性的影响。锅炉受热面拉裂和泄漏、锅炉高温氧化皮问题、尾部烟道硫酸氢氨堵塞问题、汽轮机振动大和上下缸温差大问题等已经在频繁参与启停调峰及深度调峰的机组上有所显现。超临界大机组热力系统复杂,设备庞大,在启停调峰及深度调峰过程中安全性问题更加突出。更多的设备寿命损耗、运行操作风险、燃烧恶化等潜在的风险随着调峰的增加将会进一步显现出来。 Investigate the equipment and operation of 14 different capacity and type coal⁃fired units which operated frequently in start⁃stop and deep peak shaving conditions.The influences on the safety of boiler,turbine,electrical equipment and environmental protection facilities were revealed.The main influences that have appeared in frequent peak shaving units include boiler heating surface leakage,boiler oxide coating increase,serious ABS block,turbine vibration,and large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinder.As the supercritical units have complicated thermal cycle systems and huge equipment,they have more serious safety problems when take part in start⁃stop and deep peak shaving.With the increasing of peak shaving operation,more potential risks such as department damage,operation risk,combustion deterioration,etc will revealed.
