摘要
目的探讨加速康复护理对肺癌手术患者恢复效果的影响。方法60例肺癌手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施加速康复护理。比较两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及满意度、下地时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较本组护理前显著降低,且研究组患者SAS评分(36.21±1.23)分、SDS评分(36.12±0.93)分均低于对照组的(47.21±2.03)、(43.21±1.74)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于对照组的60.00%(18/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者下地时间(20.31±1.41)h、住院时间(7.56±0.14)d均短于对照组的(26.24±2.24)h、(10.12±2.16)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的23.33%(7/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌手术患者实施加速康复护理效果确切,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative fast-track nursing for lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery were divided into the control group and the research group according to random numerical table with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received fast-track nursing.Both groups were compared in terms of self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score before and after nursing,satisfaction rate,off-bed activity time,hospitalization time,and complication rates.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of this group before nursing;SAS score(36.21±1.23)points and SDS score(36.12±0.93)points of the research group were lower than(47.21±2.03)and(43.21±1.74)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate of the research group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than 60.00%(18/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The off-bed activity time(20.31±1.41)h and hospitalization time(7.56±0.14)d in the research group were shorter than(26.24±2.24)h and(10.12±2.16)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates in the research group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than 23.33%(7/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track nursing has definite effect on patients with lung cancer,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
