摘要
目的探讨胸腺五肽联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年糖尿病合并肺部感染患者的效果及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选择华中科技大学协和深圳医院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的60例老年糖尿病合并肺部感染患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予以头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合胸腺五肽。观察两组的症状与体征改善时间,CRP与IL-6,痰菌转阴率与病灶吸收率。结果观察组的咳嗽咳痰缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间、肺部阴影消失时间、退热时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的CRP、IL-6均低于对照组(P<0.05),痰菌转阴率与病灶吸收率分别为86.67%、93.33%,均高于对照组的63.33%、73.33%(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠可通过控制老年糖尿病合并肺部感染患者的炎症,促进痰菌的转阴和肺部病灶吸收,快速改善患者的症状及体征。
Objective To investigate the effect of thymopentin combined with cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by pulmonary infection and the effect on serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection who were admitted to Peking Union Medical College Shenzhen Hospital,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control and observation groups,30 cases each,according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium,and the observation group was treated with thymopentin combined with Thymopentin on a control basis.The time of symptom and sign improvement,CRP with IL-6,sputum bacteria turn negative rate and lesion absorption rate in both groups were observed.Results The cough expectoration remission time,disappearance time of pulmonary rales,disappearance time of pulmonary shadow,and defervescence time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05),the CRP and IL-6 of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),and the sputum bacteria transformation rate and lesion absorption rate were 86.67%,93.33%,respectively,which were higher than 63.33%,73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymopentin combined with cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium can rapidly improve the symptoms and signs of patients by controlling inflammation,promoting the transformation of sputum bacteria and the absorption of lung lesions in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by pulmonary infection.
