摘要
目的探讨双导师制在全科医学住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法选择2015年9月~2020年9月到我院进行全科医学住院医师规范化培训的学员43名为研究对象。其中33名采用双导师制者为研究组,未采用双导师制者10名为对照组。1年以后评价学员年度理论与技能考试成绩和学员满意度。结果研究组学员理论与技能考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),学员满意度也明显增高(P<0.05)。结论全科医学住院医师规范化培训双导师制可以提高学员成绩和满意度,应该广泛推广。
Objective To explore the role of the dual mentorship system in the standardized training of residents of general medicine.Methods Forty-three trainees who came to the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University for standardized training in general medicine from September 2015 to September 2020 were selected as subjects.Thirty-three residents with dual mentorship were the study group and ten residents without dual mentorship were the control group.One year later,the participants'theoretical and skill examination scores and their satisfaction were evaluated.Results The participants in the study group scored significantly higher than the control group in the theory and skills examinations,and the satisfaction of the participants was also significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual mentorship system of general medicine residency training can improve the performance and satisfaction of trainees and should be widely promoted.
