330 MW燃煤机组对冲燃烧锅炉SCR脱硝系统的改造分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对燃煤电厂为满足环保部门氮氧化物减排要求采取过量喷氨的方法,导致机组氨逃逸增大、空气预热器堵塞等问题,介绍机组和设备情况,分析脱硝系统存在的问题,提出对脱硝系统进行流场改造、脱硝控制优化及SCR出口分区精准控氨等改造措施,并通过试验,证实采取以上改造措施,可有效解决当前设备存在的问题,实现机组的安全高效运行。 In view of the problems of increasing ammonia escape and blocking of air preheater caused by excessive ammonia injection in coal-fired power plants to meet the requirements of nitrogen oxide emission reduction of environmental protection departments, This paper introduces the unit and equipment, analyzes the existing problems of the denitration system, and puts forward the transformation measures for the denitration system, such as flow field transformation, denitration control optimization and accurate ammonia control in SCR outlet zone.Through the test, it is confirmed that the transformation measures can effectively solve the existing problems of the current equipment and realize safe and efficient operation of the unit.
