摘要
金属离子交换作为一种简便的改性Y型分子筛手段,对于Y型分子筛的性能有着显著影响。本工作将交换金属离子分为四类(稀土离子、过渡金属离子、碱金属离子和碱土金属离子),分别探讨了四类离子对Y型分子筛的比表面积、孔容和孔径等结构方面的影响,以及对酸碱性、酸碱性强度和酸碱性位数等活性位方面的影响。同时总结了金属离子交换改性的Y型分子筛在催化反应过程、物理吸附过程和氧化脱色过程的应用。旨在促使离子交换改性的Y型分子筛在催化和吸附等领域发挥更大的作用,同时为其它分子筛离子交换改性提供指导。
As a simple and convenient method of modifying Y zeolite,metal ion exchange influences significantly on the properties and performances of Y zeolite.In this review,the exchanged metal ions were divided into four types(rare earth ions,transition metal ions,alkali metal ions and alkaline earth metal ions).The effects of the four types of ions on structure of Y zeolite such as specific surface area,pore volume and pore size,as well as the active sites of Y zeolite such as acid-base,acid-base strength,acid-base number were discussed respectively.At the same time,the applications of Y zeolite modified by metal ion exchange in catalytic reaction process,physical adsorption process and oxidative decolorization process were summarized.Which would promote the Y zeolite modified by ion exchange to play a greater role in the fields of catalysis and adsorption,and provide guidance for the ion exchange modification of other zeolites.
