摘要
背景医院信息化水平的提高为社会带来了诸多的便利。同时,传统门诊的检验流程与当前的信息化进步的矛盾也逐渐凸显,对其进行改造已成为刻不容缓的任务。目的通过对检验科标本采集流程的优化与改造,解决检验科标本采集中心患者聚集严重、等待时间长等问题,降低由于病情复杂、涉及病种多导致的安全隐患。方法通过对我院检验科高峰期患者拥堵情况分析,对导诊台收费、确费系统进行改造,降低导诊员操作复杂度,提高工作效率。增设自助设备,增加采血窗口,分流患者。结果大大缓解了患者聚集严重的问题,患者平均等待时间由16.3 min降低为9.7 min,平均减少了6.6 min,提升了患者就医满意度。结论医院应以患者为中心,伴随信息化水平提高的同时优化就医流程,才能不断适应现代社会发展的需要。
Background The improvement of hospital informatization level has brought much convenience to the society.However,the conflict between the traditional examination process of the outpatient service and the current progress in informatization increases gradually,so it has become an urgent task to reform the examination process.Objective To solve the problems of serious patients congestion and long waiting time at the specimen collection center of the clinical laboratory department by optimizing and reforming the specimen collection process,and reduce the potential safety hazard caused by complex and multiple diseases.Methods Through the analysis of the congestion of patients in the clinical laboratory department of our hospital during the peak period,we reformed the charging system of the consultation table to reduce the operating complexity of the consultants and increase their work efficiency.Moreover,self-service equipment and blood collection windows were also added to shunt patients.Results The serious problem of patient congestion was greatly reduced,and the average waiting time of patients decreased from 16.3 min to 9.7 min,with an average reduction of 6.6 min,which improved patients’satisfaction.Conclusion Hospitals should focus on patients and optimize the traditional medical treatment process with the improvement of informatization level,so as to meet the needs of the development of modern society.
