摘要
体裁研究受到学界广泛关注,成果颇丰,但国内学界对翻译学领域论文摘要的研究关注不足。为此,本研究依据语料库进行体裁分析,对比翻译学及语言学期刊论文英文摘要的体裁特征。结果表明:1)与语言学期刊论文摘要相比,翻译学期刊论文英文摘要语步完整度略低;2)翻译学期刊论文摘要常用语步序列主要为背景—目的—结论,语言学期刊论文摘要为目的—结果—结论;3)国内翻译学和语言学期刊论文摘要都存在方法语步缺省篇幅较大现象。在探析差异背后制因的同时获得启示,以期为国内翻译学期刊论文摘要写作提供借鉴。
The genre analysis of abstracts has won wide concern with high research yield.However,abstracts of translation articles are rarely explored at home.This paper attempts to conduct a corpus-facilitated genre analysis,and explore similarities and differences between English abstracts of articles published in domestic translation journals and those of linguistic journals.Research results show that:1)the move-step sequence in English abstracts of translation articles are less complete than in those of linguistic articles;2)translation articles mainly follow the model of Background-Purpose-Conclusion,while linguistic ones mainly follow Purpose-Results-Conclusion;3)frequent skipping of the method move exists in both fields.It is hoped that the research findings may provide reference for scholars of translation studies in abstracts writing.
