摘要
文中基于2018年黄土高原783户微观样本,通过构建随机前沿生产函数,运用Tobit模型实证分析农地确权、农地细碎化对农户农业生产效率的影响,并利用分组回归探究农地确权在农地细碎化对农户农业生产效率影响中发挥的调节效应,还利用IV-Tobit模型进一步检验内生性问题。实证结果表明:农地确权能有效提升农户农业生产效率;农地细碎化阻碍农户农业生产效率的改善。研究进一步证实:农地确权在农地细碎化对农户农业生产效率的影响中有显著正向调节效应。因此,需从进一步巩固农地确权效果、降低农地细碎化程度等方面提升农户农业生产效率。
Based on the 2018 micro-sample of 783 households in the Loess Plateau,we used the Tobit model to empirically analyze the impact of farmland right confirmation and farmland fragmentation on agricultural production efficiency,used group regression to explore the moderating effect of farmland right confirmation,and used IV-Tobit model to test the endogeneity issues.The results show that the farmland right confirmation improves the agricultural production efficiency,the farmland fragmentation hinders the improvement of agricultural production efficiency,and the farmland right confirmation exerts a positive regulatory effect.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the agricultural production efficiency in terms of consolidating the effect of farmland right confirmation and reducing the degree of farmland fragmentation.
