摘要
油田勘探、开采、运输所面临的环境较为恶劣,海上油田作为油田产业中极为关键的一环,所面对的环境和陆地上有所区别。海上油田作业的自然环境会受到海洋的影响,例如海浪、潮汐、风暴潮等,此外,工作区域较为狭小、交通运输不便利等都会让海上油田开采工作出现各类安全问题。为了提高海上油田作业的安全系数,需全面落实海上油田应急管理工作,针对海上油田作业中可能会出现的各项事故制定针对的解决措施,为海上油田工作创造一个安全的建设环境。鉴于此,以4个海上油田应急管理中的常见问题为切入点,展开分析不同问题的处理措施。
The environment faced by oilfield exploration,exploitation and transportation is relatively bad.As a key link in the oilfield industry,the environment faced by offshore oilfield is different from that on land.The natural environment of offshore oil field operation will be affected by the ocean,such as waves,tides,storm surges,etc.in addition,the narrow working area and inconvenient transportation will lead to various safety problems in offshore oil field exploitation.In order to improve the safety factor of offshore oil field operation,it is necessary to fully implement the emergency management of offshore oil field,formulate targeted solutions for various accidents that may occur in offshore oil field operation,and create a safe construction environment for offshore oil field work.In view of this,this paper takes the common problems in emergency management of four offshore oil fields as the starting point to analyze the treatment measures of different problems.
