摘要
目的针对综合护理对腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者围手术期的护理效果进行研究。方法选取80例在本院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者,将其随机平均分成两组,每组患者40例。给予常规组40例普通护理服务;给予试验组40例综合护理服务。观察两组患者的围手术期护理效果。结果两组患者护理后的效果比较明显,试验组患者的并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于常规组的20.00%;且试验组患者的术后手术指标均优于常规组,组间差异明显(P <0.05)。结论相较于普通护理,综合护理可以有效改善腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者围手术期的相关手术指标,同时降低患者的术后并发症发生率。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer. Methods Eighty patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. Provide general nursing services for the routine group;provide comprehensive nursing services for the experimental group. Observe the perioperative nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the effect of the two groups was obvious. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the routine group(20.00%). The postoperative operation indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with general nursing, comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the peri operative indexes of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
