摘要
视频侦查已成为公安机关继刑事科学技术、行动技术和网络侦查技术之后的又一新型侦查技术。视频侦查中对视频监控进行调取是公安机关侦破案件最常用的手段,提高有效视频监控调取效率,对强化社会治安管理,提高公安机关打击违法犯罪能力起着至关重要的作用。本文基于作者长期公安视频侦查工作的实践经验,探索分析通过技术创新提高视频监控调取速度和精准度,以期为业内工作带来理论及实践方面的启发。
Video investigation has become another investigation technology of public security organs after criminal science and technology,action technology and network investigation technology.In video investigation,video surveillance is the most commonly used means for public security organs to detect cases.Improving the efficiency of effective video surveillance plays a vital role in strengthening social security management and improving public security organs'ability to crack down on crimes.The author has been engaged in police video investigation for many years,combined with a lot of work practice,thinking about how to improve the speed and accuracy of video monitoring through technological innovation,which can bring some inspiration to the relevant industry.
