摘要
随着购买能力的增强,消费者对新式茶饮的需求逐渐向高颜值、健康化、时尚化转变,新式茶饮中的混合茶及抹茶系列产品逐渐在市场上流行。文章阐述了混合茶及抹茶产品的概念、原料选配及产品设计理念,以柠檬咖啡茶、巧克力奶盖茶、蜂蜜氮气茶、抹茶拿铁为例,介绍了混合茶及抹茶系列新式茶饮产品的制作方法。
This is a relatively affluent society.In addition to quality assurance,consumers will choose more beautiful,healthier and fashionable products.Basically,many products in the Novel-tea beverage meet these needs,such as diversified tea beverage and Matcha.This article introduced the concept,material selection and design philosophy of diversified tea beverage and Matcha.Moreover,this article made a case study of Lemon coffee tea,Honey N_(2) tea,Matcha Latte to introduce the production process of diversified tea beverage and Matcha.
