摘要
目的对晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护中疼痛管理的作用进行探讨。方法选取72例晚期肿瘤患者,2016年10月至2019年10月就诊,随机分成对照组和观察组,分别实施常规医疗护理和疼痛管理服务,进行两组管理成效的对比。结果观察组满意度评分、生活自理能力和生活质量得分高于对照组,疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分、焦虑与抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将疼痛管理运用至晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护中,可使得患者对管理工作更满意,缓解疼痛感和负面情绪,改善患者生活自理能力、睡眠质量和生活质量,推广应用价值高。
Objective To explore the role of pain management in nursing care for patients with advanced tumors.Methods A total of 72 patients with advanced tumors were selected from October 2016 to October 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Routine medical care and pain management services were carried out to compare the management effectiveness of the two groups.Results The satisfaction score,self-care ability and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the pain scores,sleep quality scores,anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain management to the peaceful treatment of patients with advanced cancer can make patients more satisfied with the management work,relieve pain and negative emotions,and improve the ability of patients to take care of themselves in life,the quality of sleep and life are of high value for promotion and application.
