摘要
提升中药学硕士研究生学术创新能力、培养多元化中医药人才对高校"双一流"学科建设具有重要意义。针对目前中药学学术型硕士学术创新能力不足的问题,通过对成都中医药大学中药学学术型硕士进行"研究生培养现状" 的调查,分析课程培养、导师指导及院级制度方面的成效及不足。针对存在的问题,提出"前期趋同-后期分化-过程管理"人才培养模式,在深化课程体系改革、创新导师指导模式、构建院级创新激励、完善考核评价机制、搭建人才培养平台等方面给出具体措施,探索培养"医药结合,系统中药"创新人才。
Improving the academic innovation ability of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine and cultivating diverse talents of traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance to the construction of "double first-class" disciplines in colleges and universities.In view of the lack of academic innovation ability of academic master of traditional Chinese medicine,a survey was carried out on the "current status of graduate cultivation" of academic master of traditional Chinese medicine in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the effectiveness and deficiency of course training,tutor guidance and college-level system were analyzed.In view of the existing problems,the "early convergence-later differentiation-process management" talent training model was proposed,which was provided in the aspects of deepening the reform of the curriculum system,innovating the guidance model of mentor,building college-level innovation incentives,improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism and building a talent training platform,so as to explore and cultivate innovative talents of "combination of medicine and systematic Chinese medicine".
