某大跨度空间钢桁架施工全过程模拟分析及监测研究 被引量:5

摘要 大型钢结构通常需要经多阶段分步施工后由子结构逐步组装形成。其在安装过程中结构体系如何平稳有序地转换,是大跨度空间结构施工控制的关键。为保证施工安全,对施工全过程进行数值模拟十分重要。采用MIDAS/Gen有限元软件对某大跨度空间钢桁架施工方案进行施工过程模拟分析,并选择应力及变形较大的钢桁架进行施工过程监测。模拟结果表明,施工过程各钢桁架的变形最大值均在跨中,应力最大值主要集中在跨中和支座区域,变形和应力值均在合理的范围内。同时选择3榀钢桁架的变形和关键受力部位的应力进行监测,结果表明:实测变形和应力均与理论计算值趋势吻合且接近,说明了本工程施工方案合理可行,结构安全。 Large steel structures usually need to be gradually assembled from substructures after multi-stage and step-by-step construction.How to ensure the smooth and orderly transformation of structural system in the installation process is the key to the construction control of long-span spatial structures.In order to ensure construction safety,numerical simulation of the whole construction process is very important.Midas/Gen finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the construction process of the spatial steel truss construction scheme of a long-span steel truss,and the steel truss with large stress and deformation is selected for construction process monitoring in this paper.The numerical simulation results show that the maximum deformation of each steel truss is in the middle of the span,the maximum stress is mainly concentrated in the middle of the span and the support area,and the deformation and stress are within a reasonable range.At the same time,the deformation of 3 steel trusses and the stress of key stress parts are selected for monitoring.The test results show that the measured deformation and stress are consistent with and close to the theoretical calculation value,which further shows that the construction scheme of the project is reasonable and feasible,and the structure is in a safe state.
