摘要
该文介绍了重庆三峡医药高等专科学校为了提高高职护理人才培养质量,依托三峡库区医教协同职业教育集团平台,依据不同护理岗位和实践环节对学生能力培养和职业素养需求,对接临床实际、护理岗位和行业标准,结合该校实际,以实践教学改革为突破口,完善医教协同育人体制机制,注重人文素质培养,创新多元客观量化评价体系,实施具有特色的人才培养模式。
This paper introduced the experience of teaching reform in Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College.The objective of the teaching reform was to improve the training quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.The reform was carried out based on the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Medical Education Collaborative Vocational education group platform and met the needs of different nursing posts for students'ability training and professional quality.The reform met with the clinical practice,nursing posts requirements and industry standard.It combined the actual situation of the college and made the nursing practice as the start.The reform improved the talent cultivation mechanism of medical combined with education,paid attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality,used multiple assessment ways,and implemented the characteristic talent training model.
