摘要
公安院校大学生是警察队伍的主要来源,其公共服务动机是公安机关职能转型的关键,是公安教育需要关注的重点。对比研究发现,公安院校大学生的公共服务动机在入校时与普通院校大学生相比,没有显著差异,但随着年级的增加,公安院校大学生始终保持较高水平的公共服务动机,普通院校大学生却显著下降,这揭示了公安院校实践教育的优势。回归分析发现,职业认同可显著正向影响公安院校大学生的公共服务动机,公安院校也更重视职业认同教育。
Public security college students are the main source of the police force,and their public service motivation is the key to the function transformation of public security organs,which is the focus of public security education.Comparative studies have found that the public service motivation of public security college students is not significantly different from that of ordinary college students when they enter college.With the increase of grades,they always maintain a higher level of public service motivation,while ordinary college students have declined significantly,which reveals the advantages of practical education in public security colleges.At the same time,this study found that professional identity can significantly and positively affect the public service motivation of public security college students,suggesting that public security colleges should pay attention to professional identity education.
