摘要
酒剂起源于殷商时期,距今已有几千年的历史,一直传承有序,经久不衰,必定有其独特的优势和适用价值。古代医药书籍中酒剂大多以冷浸法、煎煮法和药酿法制成,经明清两代改良,现代对酒剂制作工艺的发展,不仅完善了冷浸法、药酿法,且增加了渗漉法、回流法等多种提取方法。而酒剂提取后的澄清剂,现代工艺中也主要以壳聚糖、皂土等为主。本文研究发现酒剂常用于治疗风湿痹病及跌打损伤,内服外用均体现出明显疗效。此外,针对酒剂澄清一段时间后仍会产生沉淀的情况,本文提出了酒剂结合纳米混悬剂等新剂型的研究方向,优化了制作工艺。目前,药酒研究的方向主要集中在药酒配方及其工艺上,而药酒药理作用及药代动力学等方面还有待进一步深入研究。
Wine preparation originated in the Yin and Shang dynasties,with a history of thousands of years,has been inherited orderly,enduring,must have its unique advantages and applicable value.In ancient medical books,liquor was mostly made by cold immersion method,decocting method and medicine brewing method.After the improvement of Ming and Qing dynasties,the development of modern liquor making technology not only improved the cold immersion method and medicine brewing method,but also increased the percolation method,reflux method and other extraction methods.Chitosan and bentonite are the main clarifiers after liquor extraction in modern technology.The paper found that the liquor was often used in the treatment of rheumatic arthralgia and injury,and both internal and external use showed obvious curative effect.In addition,in view of the situation that liquor will still precipitate after a period of clarification,this paper proposed the research direction of new dosage forms such as liquor combined with nano suspension,and optimized the production process.At present,the research direction of medicinal wine is mainly focused on the formulation and technology of medicinal wine,but the pharmacological effects and pharmacokinetics of medicinal wine need to be further studied.
