摘要
以废弃杨木屑(YWC)和膨润土(BT)为基底,丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N-N亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,通过溶液聚合法制备了杨木-膨润土环保型复合高吸水树脂。探究了单体比例、中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、膨润土用量等因素对树脂性能的影响,得出较优单体配比为m(YWC):m(AA):m(AMPS):m(KPS):m(MBA):m(BT)=2.0:5.0:4.0:0.04:0.012:0.25、中和度为65%时,制得吸水倍率为539.5 g·g^(-1),吸生理盐水倍率为45.3 g·g^(-1)的高吸水性树脂。利用红外光谱、电镜扫描、X射线衍射和热重分析对树脂进行表征分析,并对树脂进行pH敏感性、溶胀动力学及循环使用性能的测定。结果显示,树脂溶胀过程符合二级动力学模型,且具有机械强度高、循环性能优良等特点。
A superabsorbent resin consisting of poplar and bentonite was prepared by the solution polymeriz-etionmethod with waste poplar sawdust(ywc)and bentonite(BT)as substrate,acrylic acid(AA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as monomers,potassiumpersulfate(KPS)as initiator,and N-N methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent.The effects of the monomer ratio,neutralization degree,initiator dosage,cross-linking agent dosage andbentonite dosage on the properties of the resin were investigated.The results showed that when the optimal monomer ratio of m(ywc)m(AA)m(AMPS)m(KPS)m(MBA)m(BT)was 2.05.04.00.040.0120.25,and the neutralization degree was 65%,the super absorbent resin with water absorption rate of 539.5 g·g^(-1) and normal saline absorption rate of 45.3 g·g^(-1) was prepared.The resin was characterized by the infrared spectrum,the scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and the therm-ogravimetric analysis.The pH sensitivity,swelling kinetics and recycling performance of the resin were determined.The results showed that the swelling process of the resin conformed to the second order kinetic model,and had the characteristics of high mechanical strength and excellent cycle performance.
