摘要
目的观察和分析何首乌和怀牛膝配伍前后对维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松小鼠的影响。方法何首乌、怀牛膝、何首乌和怀牛膝合用水煎液以不同浓度灌胃维甲酸所致的实验性骨质疏松小鼠,测其血钙、血碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量及骨组织形态,并且与模型组、空白组比较。结果合用中浓度组小鼠血钙、Hyp含量增加,血ALP活性降低最为明显。结论何首乌和怀牛膝合用水煎液以9 mg·kg^(-1)灌胃能显著阻止维甲酸所致小鼠骨矿质的丢失,增加小鼠骨中有机含量,提高其骨密度。
OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the effects of Polygonum multiflorum and Hyacinth bidentata on the control of retinoic acid induced osteoporosis in mice.METHODS The contents of serum calcium,alkaline phosphatase ALP,hydroxyproline and bone tissue in mice with osteoporosis induced by 9 g·kg^(-1)intragastric retinoic acid were measured and compared with the model and blank group.RESULTS The content of Ca^(2+)and Hyp in blood increased,and the activity of ALP decreased.CONCLUSION Polygonum multiflorum and Hyacinth bidentata combined with water decoction can significantly prevent the loss of bone mineral in mice caused by retinoic acid,increase the organic content in the bone of mice,and improve the bone density.
