摘要
目的:构建静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药品效期管理体系,评估其应用提高管理质量和工作效率的实践效果。方法:根据科室实际情况,以智能二级库为基点制定完整效期管理体系方案并严格执行,统计2020年下半年体系实施前后的月度质量指标并比对,评价PIVAS药品效期管理体系的价值。结果:体系实施后,PIVAS近效期药品品种数量显著减少,强化了效期意识,管理质量和工作效率都大幅提高。结论:基于智能二级库的效期管理体系使药品有效期管理更加科学、合理、高效,提高了员工满意度。
OBJECTIVE To establish drug validity management system of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)and evaluate the practical effects of its application to improve management quality and work efficiency.METHODS According to the actual departmental situation, a complete validity management system plan was developed based upon intelligent secondary drug storehouse.And monthly quality parameters were evaluated for the second half of 2020.RESULTS After system implementing, the number of PIVAS expiring drugs has been significantly reduced, the awareness of validity dates has been strengthened and management quality and work efficiency have been greatly improved.CONCLUSION The validity management system based upon intelligent secondary drug storehouse makes drug valid date management more scientific, reasonable and efficient so as to boost employee satisfaction.
