摘要
本文选取加拿大U15大学联盟成员图书馆作为研究样本,综合运用网络调研、文献调研、归纳演绎方法,总结提炼样本馆参与数字出版的成功经验。结果表明,样本馆参与数字出版的共性特点表现在联合多元机构组建数字出版联盟,创建基于机构知识库与科研数据出版的数字出版模式,设计贯穿用户科研全生命周期的数字出版内容。以其为蓝本,我国高校图书馆应加快建立多主体供给的数字出版服务网络,打造可支持数字资源长期保存及访问的数字出版模式,开发紧密契合用户需求标签的数字出版内容,以持续扩大参与数字出版的深度和广度。
This paper selects the member libraries of U15 University Union in Canada as the research samples,summarizes and extracts the successful experience of sample libraries participating in digital publishing by using the methods of network survey,literature survey and induction-deduction.The results show that the common characteristics sample libraries participating in digital publishing are expressed in three aspects:jointing multiple agencies to form digital publishing alliance,creating digital publishing mode based on institutional repository and scientific research data publication,designing digital publishing content throughout the whole life cycle of user research.Taking it as the blueprint,university libraries in China should establish a multi-agent supply digital publishing service network,build a digital publishing model that can support the long-term preservation and access of digital resources,and develop digital publishing content closely in line with user requirements label,so as to continuously expand the depth and breadth of participating in digital publishing.
