贵州春兰花朵与花苞的挥发性成分及含量 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】探明贵州春兰花朵与花苞的挥发性成分及含量,为春兰花香的进一步研究与应用提供科学依据。【方法】采用固相微萃取(SPMG)结合GC-MS技术检测和鉴定其挥发性成分,并利用面积归一化法分析各成分的相对含量。【结果】贵州春兰的花苞和花朵中分别检测到挥发性成分43种和47种,含量分别为0.28%~24.11%和0.48%~13.68%,花苞中3-Ethyl-2-methyl-1,3-hexadiene的含量最高,为24.11%,6-十四烷酮的含量最低,为0.28%,花朵中橙花叔醇的含量最高,为13.68%,反,反-2,4-壬二烯醛和庚酸的含量最低,均为0.48%;花苞和花朵的43种和47种挥发性成分均可分为9类,各类成分的含量分别为1.85%~27.63%和0.58%~35.04%,花苞中烃类含量最高,为27.63%,酚类最低,为1.85%,花朵中萜烯类的含量最高,为35.04%,酚类最低,为0.58%;花苞与花朵有10种共有挥发性成分,花朵中萜烯类物质的种类和含量均明显高于花苞,为贵州春兰挥发性成分和花香成分的主要物质,橙花叔醇为主要花香成分。【结论】贵州春兰的花苞和花朵中分别检测到挥发性成分43种和47种,均可分为9类;花朵与花苞具有共有挥发性成分10种,萜烯类物质在花朵中的种类和含量均明显高于花苞,为贵州春兰挥发性成分和花香成分的主要物质,橙花叔醇为主要花香成分。 【Objective】The omponents and content of volatile in flowers and buds of Cymbidium goeringii are determined to provide the scientific basis for further research and application of C.goeringii aroma in Guizhou.【Method】The volatile components in flowers and buds of C.goeringii are determined by solid phase microextraction(SPME)combined with GC-MS technology and the relative content of each component is analysed by the area normalization method.【Result】43 and 47 volatile components are detected from buds and flowers of C.goeringii separately.The relative content of 43 volatile components in buds of C.goeringii is 0.28%~24.11%and the content of 3-Ethyl-2-methyl-1,3-hexadiene and 6-tetradecane is 24.11%and 0.28%respectively.The relative content of 47 volatile components in flowers of C.goeringii is 0.48%~13.68%and the content of nerolidol,(2E,4E)-2,4-Nonadienal and heptanal is 13.68%,0.48%and 0.48%respectively.43 volatile components detected from buds of C.goeringii can be divided into 9 types and the content of each type is 1.85%~27.63%.The content of hydrocarbon and phenols in buds of C.goeringii is 27.63%and 1.85%respectively.47 volatile components detected from flowers of C.goeringii can be divided into 9 types also and the content of each type is 0.58%~35.04%.The content of terpene and phenols is 35.04%and 0.58%respectively.10 mutual volatile components are detected in buds and flowers of C.goeringii but the type and content of terpene substance in flowers are higher than in buds.The terpene is the main substance of volatile and aroma components but nerolidol is the main aroma component in C.goeringii.【Conclusion】43 and 47 volatile components are detected from buds and flowers of C.goeringii separately and both can be divided into 9 types.10 mutual volatile components are detected in buds and flowers of C.goeringii but the type and content of terpene substance in flowers are higher than in buds.The terpene is the main substance of volatile and aroma components but nerolidol is the main aroma component in C.goeringii.
