摘要
目的探讨风湿性心脏病致心力衰竭者行比索洛尔+依那普利+螺内酯治疗的效果。方法方便选择2019年10月-2020年10月该院收治的62例风湿性心脏病致心力衰竭者进行研究,随机对其进行分组,每组31例。一般组以常规治疗为主,研究组以比索洛尔+依那普利+螺内酯治疗为主,观察两组患者的心功能指标、治疗有效性及预后指标。结果用药后,两组心功能指标均改善,研究组心功能指标更优,差异有统计学意义(t=10.045、8.267,P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率96.77%高于一般组70.97%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.631,P=0.006)。研究组左室射血分数(LVEF)高于一般组,6 min行走距离长于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿性心脏病致心力衰竭病情危重,经比索洛尔+依那普利+螺内酯治疗后,其心功能得到显著改善,治疗有效性高,能提高风湿性心脏病致心力衰竭者生活质量。
Objective Explore the effect of bisoprolol+enalapril+spironolactone in patients with heart failure caused by rheumatic heart disease.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,conveniently selected 62 patients with heart failure caused by rheumatic heart disease admitted in the hospital were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into groups,with 31 cases in each group.The general group was mainly treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was mainly treated with bisoprolol+enalapril+spironolactone.The cardiac functional indicators,treatment effectiveness and prognostic indicators of the two groups of patients were observed.Results After medication,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were improved,and the cardiac function indexes of the study group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.045,8.267,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.77%,which was higher than 70.97%in the general group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.631,P=0.006).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the study group was higher than that of the general group,and the 6-min walking distance was longer than that of the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rheumatic heart disease causes severe heart failure.After treatment with bisoprolol+enalapril+spironolactone,the heart function is significantly improved,the treatment effectiveness is high,and the quality of life of patients with heart failure caused by rheumatic heart disease can be improved.
