摘要
微创心脏外科是近些年涌现的一个很大的新领域,因其具有有痛苦小、并发症少等优点,整体得到快速发展。临床中电视胸腔镜被越来越多,且因其微创、安全得到患者与临床的认可。电视胸腔镜辅助的外科手术是构成微创心脏外科很重要的一个方面。随着微创胸外科的迅速发展和推广,心脏外科手术患者接受电视胸腔镜手术治疗越来越受到重视。目前,国际上有关相关报道不乏其话题,国内也有多家单位对这项技术进行研究后取得非常不错的效果。心脏外科收治患者疾病危重,临床需要保证手术治疗效果同时保证患者生命健康,将电视胸腔镜技术应用于心脏外科疾病患者中,成功治疗心脏外科疾病。该文通过综述分析电视胸腔镜技术在心脏外科疾病中的应用情况,具体从电视胸腔镜在心脏外科中手术基本条件及电视胸腔镜在心脏外科中的应用展开具体论述,其中电视胸腔镜在心脏外科中的应用包括胸腔镜在先天性心脏病、后天性心脏瓣膜病心房颤动、冠心病、心脏肿瘤及其他疾病中的应用,最终分析存在问题并作出展望,以指导后期临床治疗。
Minimally invasive cardiac surgery is a big new field that has emerged in recent years.Because of its advantages of less pain and fewer complications,it has been developing rapidly as a whole.Video-assisted thoracoscopy is used more and more in clinical practice,and it is recognized by patients and clinics for its minimally invasive and safe.Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is a very important aspect of minimally invasive cardiac surgery.With the rapid development and promotion of minimally invasive thoracic surgery,patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery have received more and more attention.At present,there is no shortage of relevant international reports on its topics,and many domestic units have achieved very good results after conducting research on this technology.Cardiac surgery patients are critically ill,and clinical needs to ensure the effect of surgical treatment and the life and health of the patients,apply video-assisted thoracoscopy technology to patients with heart surgery diseases,and successfully treat heart surgery diseases.This article summarizes and analyzes the application of video-assisted thoracoscopy in cardiac surgery,and specifically discusses the basic conditions of video-assisted thoracoscopy in cardiac surgery and the application of video-assisted thoracoscopy in cardiac surgery.The application of video-assisted thoracoscopy in cardiac surgery includes the application of thoracoscopy in congenital heart disease,acquired valvular heart disease,atrial fibrillation,coronary heart disease,heart tumors and other diseases.Finally,the existing problems are analyzed and the prospects are made to guide the later clinical treatment.
