负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足慢性创面的效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对糖尿病足慢性创面采用负压封闭引流技术治疗的效果予以探究。方法选择该院在2019年8月-2021年1月期间收治的糖尿病足慢性创面患者86例纳入研究,根据患者病历奇偶数对其予以分组处理,分为甲组和乙组,每组43例。甲组的治疗方案为常规治疗,乙组的治疗方案为在甲组基础上实施负压封闭引流技术治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果与甲组相比,乙组的总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,与甲组相比较,乙组的溃疡面积明显更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在创面愈合时间、住院时间方面,与甲组相比,乙组明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,与甲组相比较,乙组的血管内皮生长因子明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足慢性创面的治疗中,采用负压封闭引流技术治疗可以起到很好的效果,能够有效地控制患者的溃疡面积,缩短患者的创面愈合时间,促进其症状恢复,加快患者的血管新生。 Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technique in the treatment of chronic wound of diabetic foot.Methods Selected 86 patients with chronic wounds of diabetic feet who were admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 to be included in the study.According to the odd and even number of the patient's medical records,they were divided into groups A and B,with 43 cases in each group.The treatment plan of group A was conventional treatment,and the treatment plan of group B was the implementation of negative pressure sealing drainage technology treatment on the basis of group A.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results Compared with group A,the total effective rate of group B was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with group A,ulcer area in group B was significantly smaller,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the wound healing time,hospital stay in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with group A,vascular endothelial growth factor in group B was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic wound of diabetic foot,the use of negative pressure sealing drainage technology can play a very good effect,which can effectively control the ulcer area of patients,shorten the healing time of the wound,promote the recovery of symptoms,and accelerate the angiogenesis of patients.
