摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者接受饮食护理干预后对其血糖及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2021年1月收治的160例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机分组法,分为观察组(80例,行饮食护理干预)和对照组(80例,行常规护理)。对比两组患者干预前后的血糖控制情况、不良妊娠结局。结果干预后,与对照组相比,观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白(3.56±1.01)%、空腹血糖(5.03±0.85)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.46±1.23)mmol/L检测值更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.351、11.459、6.331,P<0.05)。观察组患者不良妊娠结局总发生率为13.75%,较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.378,P<0.05)。结论将饮食护理干预应用到妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理干预中,能提升患者的血糖控制效果,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,对改善母婴结局有积极影响。
Objective To explore the effect of diet nursing intervention on blood glucose and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The 160 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted from January2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into an observation group(80 cases,underwent diet nursing intervention) and a control group(80 cases,underwent routine nursing).The blood glucose control and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower detection values of glycosylated hemoglobin(3.56 ±1.01)%,fasting blood glucose(5.03 ±0.85)mmol/L,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.46±1.23)mmol/L.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=11.351,11.459,6.331,P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 13.75%,lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.378,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diet nursing intervention to the nursing intervention of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can improve the control effect of blood glucose,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and have a positive effect on improving maternal and infant outcomes.
