Corrlation between vitamin A,D levels and Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and the situation of adjuvant therapy

摘要 目的探究维生素A、D水平与儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的相关性及辅助治疗情况。方法以2018年5月至2020年5月收治的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为试验组,同时选取50名健康体检儿童为对照组;检测并比较两组儿童的维生素A、D水平,分析维生素A、D水平与肺炎支原体肺炎的关系。以单双号编号法将试验组患儿分为A组和B组,各50例;B组实施阿奇霉素治疗,A组在B组的基础上辅助应用维生素A、D治疗;比较A组和B组的治疗效果及肺功能指标。结果试验组的维生素A与25-(OH)D_(3)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,维生素A、25-(OH)D_(3)是影响儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的独立保护因素(P<0.05)。A组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于B组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PEF、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于治疗前,且A组高于B组(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿存在一定程度的维生素A、D缺乏,在其治疗中可辅助实施维生素A、D治疗,以便更好提高患儿的治疗效果,改善其肺功能。 Objective To explore the correlation between vitamin A,D levels and Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and the situation of adjuvant therapy.Methods A total of 100 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as experimental group,and 50 healthy children were selected as control group;the levels of vitamin A and D in the two groups were detected and compared,and the relationship between vitamin A and D levels and Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were analyzed.The children in the experimental group were divided into group A and group B by odd-even numbering method,with 50 cases in each group;the group B was treated with azithromycin,and the group A was treated with vitamin A and D on the basis of the group B;the therapeutic effects and pulmonary function indexes of the group A and the group B were compared.Results The levels of vitamin A and 25-(OH)D_(3) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that vitamin A and 25-(OH)D_(3) were independent protective factors for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the PEF,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the group A were higher than the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia have a certain degree of vitamin A and D deficiency.Vitamin A and D treatment can be supplemented in the treatment,so as to better improve the treatment effect and pulmonary function of children.
