摘要
齿轮箱作为高速列车驱动系统的关键零部件,是能量转换与传递的核心单元,其传动性能直接关乎列车运行的安全性与可靠性。为研究适合于高速动车组齿轮箱的齿轮修形方法,改善高速动车组齿轮驱动系统的传动性能。采用依托动力学Romax Wind软件进行仿真,结果表明齿廓修形配合齿向修形的方式基本适用于高速动车组齿轮修形,修形后齿轮的传动误差值减少了69.8%,并且齿轮承载能力也大大提高。这里研究的修形方法能为高速动车组齿轮箱的齿轮修形提供参考依据。
Gearbox,as a key component of high-speed train driving system,is the core unit of energy conversion and transmission,its transmission performance affects the safety and reliability of the train directly.Research on the applicable method of highspeed train gearbox gear modification, to improve the transmission performance of high-speed train gear transmission system.Using simulation analysis based on Romax Wind software,the results show that profile modification combined with lead modification is suitable for high-speed train gear modification,after the modification,transmission error of gear reduce 69.8%,and the carring capacity of gear is improved greatly.The modification method of the paper can be a reference for the gear modification of high-speed train.
