摘要
^(1)H-HMR波谱解析对有机化合物分子的结构鉴定有着十分重要的意义,是有机化学学习的重点和难点之一。在教学过程中使用ChemDraw软件,能够使复杂的谱图解析变得直观、易懂,激发学生学习兴趣和热情,培养学生分析问题,解决问题的能力,并为将来从事相关工作或继续深造学习提供帮助。同时,ChemDraw高效的核磁谱模拟功能,可以为教师提供大量的教学素材,促进教师自我提升,活跃课堂教学氛围,进而提高教学效果。
^(1)H-HMR spectrum analysis is of great significance for the identification of organic compound molecules,and it is one of the emphases and difficulties in Organic Chemistry learning.The use of ChemDraw software in the teaching process can make the analysis of complex spectrograms intuitive and easy to understand,stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm for learning,cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve problems,and provide help for engaging in relevant work or continuing further study in the future.At the same time,the efficient nuclear magnetic spectrum simulation function of ChemDrawcan provide teachers with a large amount of teaching materials,promote teachers'self-improvement,activate the classroom teaching atmosphere,and enhance the teaching effect.
