摘要
针对传统转子动平衡需要多次启车的问题,研究风机转子在无试重启车的情况下进行动平衡的一种方法。该方法根据以往动平衡实验数据推测出动平衡计算所需的影响系数,再根据影响系数计算出配重和相位。现场动平衡实验结果证明此方法可行,只需一次启车就可以达到生产需求。
Typical rotor dynamic balancing technique requires the machine to start and stop for many times.To avoid this,a dynamic balancing technique without need of testing counterweights is set up for the rotor of wind turbine.This technique derives the influence coefficients required for the dynamic balance calculation from previous dynamic balancing test data,and then calculates the counterweight and phase with those influence coefficients.The result of on-site dynamic balancing tests proves this technique is feasible and needs the machine to start up only for one time to reach the balance of parts.
