摘要
为探究不同浓度MnSO_(4)溶液浸种对小麦芽苗菜锰(Mn)元素积累的影响,对6个浓度(0(ck)、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8和1.6 g·L^(-1))MnSO_(4)溶液浸种处理下小麦芽苗菜生长状况、生理活性及Mn元素积累情况进行分析。结果表明,与ck相比,浓度为0.2~0.4 g·L^(-1)时小麦芽苗菜鲜重、干重、维生素C含量和过氧化物酶活性显著提高,且在0.2 g·L^(-1)浓度下达到最高;而1.6 g·L^(-1)浓度处理对以上各指标均有显著抑制作用,并显著提高了丙二醛含量。浓度>0.1 g·L^(-1)时小麦芽苗菜的鲜、干重中Mn元素积累量较对照分别显著提高了7.5~29.4倍和7.3~29.7倍。综上所述,0.2 g·L^(-1)是本研究条件下促进小麦芽苗菜生长、提高生理活性物质及Mn积累的最佳MnSO_(4)浸种浓度。
To investigate the effects of soaking seeds with different concentrations of manganese sulfate(MnSO_(4)) solution on manganese(Mn) accumulation in wheat sprouts, the growth condition, physiological activity and Mn accumulation of wheat sprouts were analyzed under 6 concentrations of MnSO_(4) solution with 0(control), 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6 g·L^(-1). The results showed that the fresh weight, dry weight, vitamin C content and peroxidase activity of wheat sprouts were significantly increased in MnSO_(4) solution with the concentration of 0.2 to 0.4 g·L^(-1) compared with ck, and these indexes reached the highest at 0.2 g·L^(-1) concentration especially. However, the concentration of 1.6 g·L^(-1) significantly inhibited the above indexes, and significantly increased the malondialdehyde content. Additionally, the Mn content in fresh weight and dry weight of wheat sprouts was significantly increased by 7.5-29.4 folds and 7.3-29.7 folds respectively compared with the control when the concentration was higher than 0.1 g·L^(-1). In conclusion, MnSO_(4) solution with 0.2 g·L^(-1) concentration was the best concentration to promote the growth of wheat sprouts and increase the accumulation of physiological active substances and Mn under the conditions of this study.
