摘要
可加工磷酸盐/氧化物陶瓷复合材料具有较高的力学性能、抗高温氧化性能,良好的耐磨损性能、耐腐蚀性能,同时还具有优良的可加工性能。可加工磷酸盐/氧化物陶瓷复合材料主要有Al_(2)O_(3)/LaPO_(4)、Al_(2)O_(3)/CePO_(4)、ZrO_(2)/LaPO_(4)、ZrO_(2)/CePO_(4)等复合材料。本文主要阐述可加工磷酸盐/氧化物陶瓷复合材料的制备技术和研究发展现状,以及可加工磷酸盐/氧化物陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺、物相组成、显微结构、力学性能、耐磨损性能、耐腐蚀性能、抗高温氧化性能,以及可加工性能等。并对可加工磷酸盐/氧化物陶瓷复合材料的未来发展方向和发展趋势进行分析和预测。
Machinable phosphate/oxide ceramics composites exhibit high mechanical property,excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance,excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and excellent machinability.The machinable phosphate/oxide ceramics composites mainly include Al_(2)O_(3)/LaPO_(4),Al_(2)O_(3)/CePO_(4),ZrO_(2)/LaPO_(4),ZrO_(2)/CePO_(4) composites.In this paper,the preparation technology and research and development status of the machinable phosphate/oxide ceramics composites were introduced.The preparation process,phase composition,microstructure,mechanical property,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and machinability of the machinable phosphate/oxide ceramics composites were mainly introduced.The future research and development trend of the machinable phosphate/oxide ceramics composites were analyzed and predicted.
