摘要
以开放教育物流管理专业为例,该专业具有较强的实践性,要求学生人才需具备扎实的专业知识和较为熟练的物流管理技能,才能满足学校教育要求,但该专业学生要想满足社会发展要求,需在院校学分银行理念下,通过1+X证书制度的考验,只有拥有多项参与社会活动的基础资格,才能进入社会企业,发挥自身物流管理技能水平。由此可见,如今各院校已经开始重视1+X证书制度的试点实践工作。此次项目主要以开放教育物流管理专业为例,采用文献分析法、案例分析法、问卷调查法、个别访谈法等方法对该专业中的1+X证书制度试点实践的相关理论与现状、问题进行深入研究,并在此基础上寻求问题的解决对策,为该专业技能型人才的培养提供经验借鉴。
The logistics management major in open education has a strong practical nature.Students should have solid professional knowledge and more skills in logistics management to meet the requirements of school education.However,in order to meet the requirements of social development,students in this major need to pass the test of many basic qualifications to participate in social activities under the concept of the 1+X vocational certificate system,so as to enter social enterprises and give full play to their logistics management skills.It can be seen that now all colleges and universities have begun to pay attention to the pilot practice work of 1+X vocational certificate system.Taking logistics management major in open education as an example,by methods of literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and individual interview,this project focuses on the study of the relevant theory,current situation and problems of the 1+X professional certificate system,and finds solution on this basis,to provide reference for the training of professional skilled talents.
