摘要
为探索改善肉鸡腹脂沉积的功效性成分,试验研究了姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素对中速型黄羽肉鸡生产性能、能量利用率和十二指肠肠道形态的影响。试验分为7个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在日粮中分别添加50、100、200 mg/kg姜黄素或双去甲氧基姜黄素,试验期分为29~42日龄、43~56日龄以及57~70日龄3个阶段。研究表明:100 mg/kg姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素均显著降低了黄羽肉鸡后期的日增重(P<0.05);200 mg/kg姜黄素显著提高了前期、中期和全期的能量利用率(P<0.05)。不同剂量的双去甲氧基姜黄素对肉鸡能量利用率影响的阶段不同。100 mg/kg姜黄素显著降低十二指肠前期的隐窝深度,提高前中期的绒隐比(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg双去甲氧基姜黄素能提高十二指肠的绒隐比,但作用的阶段不同。综上所述,姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素能降低肉鸡采食量。提高肉鸡的能量利用率的作用原理与十二指肠的绒毛长度和绒隐比的提高作用有关,有效剂量为100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg。
To explore the efficacy of improving broiler abdomen fat deposition,the effects of cur⁃cumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin on production performance,energy efficiency and duodenal intes⁃tinal morphology of medium-speed yellow broilers were studied.The experiment was divided into seven groups with six replicates per group and ten chickens per replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental groups were fed with 50,100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg curcumin or bisdemethoxycurcumin.The trial period was divided into three stages:29-42 days old,43-56 days old and 57-70 days old.The results showed that the dietary addition of 100 mg/kg curcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin significantly reduced the daily gain of 57-70 days old(P<0.05);adding 200 mg/kg curcumin significantly improved the energy utilization of yellow feathered broilers at prophase,metaphase and whole period(P<0.05).The effects of different doses of bis⁃demethoxycurcumin on energy utilization of broilers were different in different stages.The addition of 100 mg/kg curcumin significantly reduced the duodenal recess depth at prophase and significantly in⁃creased the ratio of duodenal villi length to crypt depth at prophase and metaphase(P<0.05).Daily ad⁃dition of 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg of bisdemethoxycurcumin could increased the ratio of duodenal villi length to crypt depth,but the stage of action was different to sum up,both of curcumin and bisdeme⁃thoxycurcumin could reduce the feed intake of yellow-feathered broilers.It could improve the energy ef⁃ficiency of yellow feathered broilers,the reason for that was related to the improvement of villi height and crypt depth of the duodenum in small intestine,the effects for dietary additions were 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg,respectively.
