摘要
小卫星技术发展快、应用场景多,导致卫星技术状态变化大、总装集成准备和测试周期短,总装过程中会出现多种安全性问题,例如卫星部件易磕碰损伤问题和新产品总装多余物防控问题。为了确保产品安全性、过程可控性、总装可靠性,文章从工装工具研发与升级、工艺流程与操作步骤优化对上述总装安全性问题进行分析,提出了超薄碳纤维结构板总装工具改进、指向隔振机构多余物防控改进等解决措施,可为后续小卫星总装安全性改进提供参考。
The rapid technology development and many application scenarios of small satellite lead to great changes in technology status,short preparation and test cycle of assembly integration.There will be a variety of safety problems in the assembly process such as satellite devices easy to be bumped and damaged.And it is critical to prevent and control redundant objects for new products.In order to ensure product safety,process controllability and final assembly reliability,the above-mentioned assembly safety problems are analyzed from two aspects:development and upgrading of tooling tools as well as the optimization of process flow and operation steps.Some solutions are put forward such as improvement of final assembly tools of ultra-thin fiber structure board,prevention and control of redundant objects of vibration isolation mechanism,etc.,which can provide the reference for the subsequent safety improvement of small satellite assembly.
