摘要
跨学科学术组织已经成为推动大学学术创新和经济社会发展的重要载体。本文从新制度主义视角出发,对跨学科学术组织的文化要素、权利要素、空间要素和评价要素进行深入剖析。跨学科学术组织存在着学科文化范式、学科权力地位、学科组织归属和学科成果评价等多重冲突。其形成与学科发展专业化、学术权力行政泛化、矩阵组织联通壁垒和同行评议非同行化有关。因此,消弭冲突需以交流互鉴为基石,建立文化融通机制;以利益共享为基石,建立权力均衡机制;以矩阵优化为基石,建立教师共聘机制;以多元评议为基石,建立成果分享机制。
Interdisciplinary academic organizations have become an important carrier to promote university academic innovation and economic and social development.From the perspective of new-institutionalism,this article makes an in-depth analysis of the cultural,rights,space and evaluation elements of interdisciplinary academic organizations.Interdisciplinary academic organizations have multiple conflicts,such as the disciplinary culture paradigm,the status of disciplinary power,the ownership of disciplinary organizations and the evaluation of disciplinary results.Its formation is related to the specialization of discipline development,the generalization of academic power,the barriers to matrix organization and the non-peer review of peer review.Therefore,eliminating conflicts must be based on exchanges and mutual learning as the cornerstone and establish a cultural integration mechanism;benefit sharing as the cornerstone and power balance mechanism;matrix optimization as the cornerstone and teacher co-hiring mechanisms;and multi-evaluation as the cornerstone and result sharing mechanism.
